Small-batch roasting since 2019

Coffee worth
slowing down for.

We source single-origin beans from a handful of farms we trust, roast them in small lots, and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Nothing sits on a shelf.

We know the farms
by name.

Every bag we sell can be traced to a specific lot on a specific farm. We visit origin at least once a year, build long-term relationships with producers, and pay well above commodity prices. It matters where your coffee comes from, and we think you should know.

01

Green sourcing

We cup hundreds of samples each season and commit only to lots that stop us mid-sip.

02

Profile development

Each lot gets its own roast profile. We dial in over dozens of test batches until the coffee speaks clearly.

03

Small-batch roasting

We roast in 12-kilo lots on a restored Probat. Small batches mean more control and less waste.

04

Rapid fulfillment

Orders ship within 48 hours of roasting. We never pre-roast inventory. Your bag is roasted for you.
